Who can join

The site is open to any Canadian Wellsite Supervisor.

What is my Username when I sign in?

It's the email address you used when you created your profile.

How do I retrieve a lost password?

Your username and password were emailed to you when you originally created your profile. If you can't find the email, you can reset your password by clicking the "RESET PASSWORD?" button in the bottom left hand corner of the Wellsite Supervisor login page.

Who can see my profile?

Until you decide to share your information, no one can access or view your profile. To give a Producer or Consulting Firm permission to read your profile, include you Wellsite Number and PIN code on all your correspondence with them. Get in the habit of putting these two numbers on your resume if you with the recipients to view your profile on

What's my Wellsite number?

It's a unique number assigned to you when you created your profile. You'll find it at the top of all pages when you're logged in and editing your profile.

What's my PIN code?

This is a 4 to 6 digit number assigned to your profile. You can see it on the first page of your profile once you're logged in. You can change it at any time. (Don't forget to hit the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the page if you change your PIN code.) If you change your PIN code, all Producers or Consulting Firms that have your Wellsite Number and old PIN code will be prevented from viewing your profile information.

How do I share my profile with a specific Producer or Consulting Firm?

Send them an email or copy of your resume with your Wellsite Number and PIN code included on it.

Do I have to complete an Assessment?

No, the Assessment is not mandatory, but Producers and Consulting Firms will be looking for your answers to help gauge your level of competency.

Is there a time limit to completing an Assessment?

No, you can complete the Assessment in one session or stop part way through the questions and return another day to complete it.

Can I redo my Assessment?

Yes you can re-do an Assessment. We recommend you complete an assessment once a year if you have updated your experience or skills.
